May 17, 2012 in Chicago, Illinois, Protesters in a "Get Dirty' rally in front of the Canadian Consulate lay in the street covered in a chocolate based substance meant to look like oil pretending to be dead, protesting against the Alberta Tar Sands and environmentally destructive agendas of the G8 and NATO. The protesters are affiliated with Occupy Chicago and are participating in protests taking place on the forth day in what is expected to be a full week of demonstrations as the city prepares to host the NATO Summit May 20-21.
