Governor Chris Christie speaks at the dedication ceremony of the Empty Sky 9/11 Memorial at Liberty State Park in New Jersey the day before the tenth anniversary of 9/11.

The memorial is two 30-Ft rectangular towers 208 feet by 10 inches long, the width of the World Trade Center towers and with the names of the 746 New Jerseyans who perished after the terrorist attacks on 9/11, 2001 etched in stainless steel.
