October 15th Winnsboro Texas, Eleanor Fairchild near the easement that TransCanada condemend via eminent domain laws and began construction of the Keysotne XL's southern route on her land by clearing the land. Eleanor opposes the Keystone Pipeline because it will transport Tar Sands, not crude oil, across her land , as she was oringaly told.
