Fracking Eagle Ford Shale -30.jpg

Hector Zertuche is a Deputy Sheriff for Alice Texas who pulls over dirty trucks. He confronts the driver of a truck he pulled over with fracking mud on it. When the fracking industry boom began in the Eagle Ford Shale and fracking industry trucks started leaving water material on his countess roads, Zertuche found out what kind of situations he could give to the drivers and companies polluting the roads. Frack sand and mud is not permitted to be on trucks. They must be washed down before leaving disposal pitts. Those he spots mud on, or any other number of violations, he pulls over and sites.
