Jake Billiot, continues work on a Palmetto hut that he and other elders in the Pointe-au-Chien tribe built during a summer camp session for the tribes' children to expose them to their disappearing culture. The Pointe-au-Chien indians may become America's first climate change refuges as the water levels continue to rise and coastal erosion continues to take away land.
