Rev. Tony Spell of Life Tabernacle Church who was arreseted for holding church services in defiance of a stay-at-home order through out the pandemic speaking at a “Save America Rally” in Baton Rouge on the 4th of July across the street from the Governor's Mansion. The 4th of July rally was organized by Jeff Crouer, Mimi Owens and Woody Jenkins, chairman of the executive committee for the Republican Party in East Baton Rouge Parish. Rev. Tony Spell of Life Tabernacle Church who has held church services in defiance of a stay-at-home order throughout the pandemic was one of the speakers. He an other speakers expressed their displeasure of being told to wear a mask to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and the removal of confederate monuments.
