August 30th 2012, Oakville, Louisiana, in Plaquemines Parish the cemetery damage is reveled after the pump was turned on and the water receded . The cemetery was flooded with over 6ft feet of water by the surge created by Hurricane Isaac damaging many of the graves. Locals, poor African Americans, want answers as to why the pumps were not turned on until the day after Isaac hit, an action that would have prevented the flooding.
